At Sweet Eclairs & Desserts, we take great pride in preparing fresh, high-quality food products made to order with the finest ingredients.

Due to the perishable nature of our desserts, cookies, cakes, éclairs, and all other food items:

• No returns, exchanges, or refunds are accepted once an order has been prepared, picked up, or delivered.

• All sales are final.

We carefully inspect every item before it leaves our bakery to ensure it meets our standards. If you believe there is an issue with your order (such as an incorrect item or visible damage upon pickup/delivery), please notify us immediately—at the time of pickup or within 30 minutes of delivery—so we can address it promptly. Issues reported after this time cannot be accommodated.

We appreciate your understanding that food safety and hygiene regulations prevent us from accepting returns on consumable products.
